Middle Management – Marketing
Target audience
Those currently in a junior marketing position, small business owners and everybody who wants to learn the basic principles of marketing.
This course is designed to provide participants with a basic understanding of the fundamental principles of Marketing. There will be a focus on the management of the marketing activities, how marketing relates to the overall operations and how the individual elements of marketing are coordinated in a real-life situation. Additionally, the course aims to provide some opportunities for the practical implementation of the main concepts covered and the development of problem solving skills through the use of case studies.
By the end of this course you will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental principles of marketing
- Explain marketing concepts and ideas in your own words
- Develop a marketing strategy and implementation
- Think operationally about marketing issues
- Develop an argument and express yourself clearly
This workshop consists of 9 sessions of 2.5 hours. Upon passing the exam administered by Doc, participants will receive a certificate. The course is also part of the course Middle Management, which consists of 4 modules, including Financial Management, Personnel & Organization and Leading & Motivation.
